Single-circuit gas boilers
Single-circuit gas boilers have found their application in the organization of heating apartments, residential buildings, buildings and structures, although in the first place, of course, they are intended for heating residential premises. A single-circuit gas boiler is the most popular and most common heating equipment to date.

Single-circuit gas wall-mounted boilers device and application
A heating boiler is something like an ordinary pan in which water was poured and covered with a lid, set on fire. Inside such a heating boiler there is a coolant, which, due to the burning of fuel, gradually heats up and enters the heating system. This is the main purpose of a gas boiler to heat the coolant as efficiently as possible by burning natural gas.
The gas single-circuit wall-mounted boiler uses natural gas for its rather economical operation. Given the potential danger of the fuel used, the boiler is equipped with devices to ensure its safe operation.
Gas single-circuit wall-mounted boilers are less powerful than floor-standing. They also differ in the country - the manufacturer, capacity and price. Mostly buyers prefer European-made boilers.
As the name implies, a wall-mounted gas single-circuit boiler is hung directly on the wall. The price of a wall-mounted single-circuit boiler is higher than a floor. It is usually installed in small apartments or rooms of a small area where it is not possible to install a floor boiler.
Single-circuit gas floor boilers - device and application
Floor-mounted gas single-circuit boilers cost much less than wall-mounted boilers. They are much larger, but using almost the same amount of fuel, they heat more water.
For the manufacture of gas single-circuit floor boilers, mainly cast iron and steel are used. But, recently, due to the low cost of steel boilers, they are in great demand among the population.
Single-circuit gas floor boilers are used only for heating the room. If there is a need to connect such a boiler to provide hot water, then a boiler must be purchased as an addition to it.
Installation and installation of single-circuit gas wall-mounted boilers
Before proceeding with the installation of a wall-mounted single-circuit gas boiler, flush all of its existing inner tubes. In order to do this, it is necessary to remove the transportation plugs from them and let water pass through the entire gas boiler under mild pressure. This must be done in order to avoid problems from possible small debris getting into them during the assembly process.
The material from which the wall is made on which you will hang the boiler must be made of non-combustible material. If there is no such wall in the house, then a heat-resistant coating is laid out on the existing wall with a layer of at least 3 mm, and the wall-mounted heating boiler itself is fixed at a distance of at least 45 mm from the wall itself.
The installation of a wall-mounted single-circuit boiler itself consists in fixing it to mounting rails installed at a height of 0.8 1.6 m from the floor. The boiler must be fixed evenly, avoiding distortions. To do this, be sure to check the accuracy with the help of a level.
It is mandatory to install a filter on the water supply pipe to your boiler. This is important to do in order to prevent possible clogging, which can cause problems in the operation of the entire heating system and even lead to the failure of the gas boiler. Shut-off valves must be installed on both sides of the filter in order to change or clean the heat exchanger in the future without draining the water from the heating system, and thus not leaving the whole house without heat.
If the design of your wall-mounted single-circuit gas boiler is chimney, then you need to install its chimney and check for mandatory draft. If your boiler model is not a chimney, then there is no need to install a chimney, because all combustion products will, according to its design, be discharged using the draft of an existing fan.
The process of connecting gas to the boiler itself is not allowed. To do this, you have to call specialists, employees of the gas industry. A prerequisite for connecting and putting into operation is the use of not a plastic, but a metal pipe and a special drive.
At the end of the installation of the wall-mounted single-circuit gas boiler, it is necessary to connect it to the electric network, providing for the equipping of its power circuit with an automatic overheat and short circuit protection.
When installing the boiler, pay attention to the fact that it must be at least 20 cm away from any gas or electrical appliances, as well as flammable materials.
Installation and installation of floor gas single-circuit boilers
Floor-mounted gas single-circuit boilers, as a rule, are more powerful than wall-mounted boilers, and are used for heating houses with a large area. This implies the need for heating several floors. Before you purchase a floor gas boiler, you need to pay attention to how the pipes are located in the boiler room, where it will be installed, so that the pipes of the floor boiler are placed on the same side as the pipe leads.
The floor boiler has a rather large weight, so a reliable foundation must be equipped for it. A galvanized iron sheet can be placed on a solid wooden floor in the boiler room of a sufficient size (approximately 30 cm larger than the base of the boiler).
Having installed a floor gas single-circuit boiler, it is necessary to set it in level as even as possible, placing some non-combustible solid material under the legs as necessary.
After that, you can connect your gas boiler to the chimney, after checking the draft there. This must be done if the boiler is not equipped with a forced draft.
In order to avoid premature clogging of the heat exchanger, before connecting the floor-mounted single-circuit gas boiler to the home heating system, immediately before the return pipe inlet, but after the drain to fill the system, it is necessary to install a hard-cleaning filter.
The gas floor single-circuit boiler must be installed and connected to the heating system so that in case of something unexpected, it could be easily dismantled. For this purpose, on each of the boiler pipes (inlet or outlet), it is necessary to install valves that allow you to quickly dismantle the boiler without the need to discharge water from the heating system.
The boiler is connected to the gas pipeline system with the help of a steel pipe and with the permission of a gas operator.
Single-circuit gas boiler baxi
Holding company Baxi Group (England) is one of the largest and most professional organizers of heating, comfort and coziness in the homes of millions of people around the world. The Baxi Group holding company is now almost 150 years old, it has thirty companies located both in England and Italy, as well as in France, Germany, Denmark, Spain and also Turkey with 6,000 employees and an annual turnover of one billion euros.
The annual number of products is about one million units of boiler equipment. In Europe, baxi boilers occupy the third place in terms of sales, or 11% of the entire heating equipment market.
The Italian company Baxi Spa, part of the Baxi Group holding, is a center for the production of single-circuit low-power gas heating boilers. In Italy, today it ranks first in the production of single-circuit gas boilers baxi. It is noteworthy that about 70% of all products manufactured by the Italian company are produced for export. It is bought by more than sixty countries of the world.
Thus, we can conclude that one of the most important requirements that apply to single-circuit gas boilers is: efficiency, environmental friendliness and high efficiency during long periods of unattended operation.
