Maintaining the purity of such a coating is quite easy, it is convenient to walk on it. But choosing a tile, one should take into account the increased requirements for its moisture resistance, the tile must necessarily have an anti-slip coating on the surface of the notch. The adhesive for laying such tiles is also used waterproof, two-component, characterized by good adhesion. The advantages of tiles should also include a wide range of colors and designs. Since the tile can heat up to high temperatures under sunlight, it is recommended to use it if the pool is located in the shade of trees, in a pavilion or under a canopy.
Decking
A more practical material for decorating pools is a terrace board. It is durable and not afraid of moisture, it is not affected by fungi, bacteria and insects. Hydrophobic wood is made from a mixture of polypropylene and sawdust, it does not pose an environmental hazard to humans.
Decking, as wood floors are called, may imply the use of different materials, not only terrace or natural, specially treated, but also made from short, smooth planks of garden parquet. All these materials are suitable for use in the open air, they are not afraid of mechanical stress, biological or atmospheric effects, when wet, they do not become slippery. Such surfaces can be cleaned with water from a hose using non-aggressive detergents.
Ceramic Decking
Ceramic decking, very similar to a terrace board and garden parquet, is becoming increasingly popular. Its design is similar to that of wood-polymer products. The appearance of the finishing material is very attractive. Its laying is made on adjustable supports, the set of ceramic material includes, in addition to floorboards, curb and drainage components. You will not need to dismantle the covering for the winter period.
Massarandub
To design the beach area around the pool, they also resort to using boards from exotic Brazilian cherries - massranduba. Wood is particularly durable, in density exceeds oak, is resistant to rot and fungi. It looks luxurious, does not heat up even in direct sunlight. But for the off-season and winter, it will need to be dismantled and stored in a warm room.
Rubber tile
This material can also be used to create playgrounds and paths around the pool. The rubber tile is not slippery, it is not prone to absorb moisture, has a long service life.
