Basically, these are simple and relatively inexpensive tools.

Models are different, but for high-quality work, additional accessories and spare parts are not required.

Using such spray guns, you can quickly and easily solve household issues: paint a living room, outbuildings or a fence, etc.

These devices are quite lightweight and at the same time have a capacious container for paints and varnishes.

Let's consider in detail the HVLP technology. Spray guns working on this technology have a special structure of air channels and work on the principle; high air volume - low pressure.

Thanks to the special structure of the air ducts, the spray gun sprays the paint at low overpressure and creates an excess of air.

At the airhead of the spray gun, the pressure is less than 0.7 Atm, leaving the nozzle, the paint particles have a low speed, which helps to reduce the formation of fog.

The result of this innovation is a high level of transfer of paints and varnishes - more than 85%.

This allows you to save paint and varnish material and save the environment.

The principle of operation of the sprayer is not complicated, at the exit of the nozzle, with the help of compressed air that escapes at high speed from the air head - the paint is perfectly ground.

Tips for getting a quality result

• Do not put the spray gun on its side, as the paint from the container will fall into the machine itself and cause damage to it.

Care and maintenance of spray guns

Any tool must be kept in order.

It is very important to properly care for the spray gun.

1. After completion of work, it must be cleaned. If painted with water-based paints, then the spray gun is washed with warm ordinary water. To do this, warm water is poured into the container, the spray gun is turned on and blown until clean water flows. If painted with enamel, then instead of warm water, pour the solvent.

2. Remove all nozzles and clean.

3. The filter must be replaced if it is clogged. If you do not change the filter, the turbine may deteriorate.

4. Remember to lubricate all fittings.
